Fountain Place is the common name of Carleton Condominium Corporation No. 539 (CCC539), a non-profit organization registered with the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO). Our municipal address is 250 Fountain Place, Ottawa.
The mission of CCC539 is to manage and maintain the common elements, as defined in the Corporation's declaration and bylaws, and to provide common services for the benefit of the owners of the Corporation's 25 residential units.
